Belmont Land, our 80-plus-year-old real estate business, develops community through investments in residential, commercial, hospitality, office and industrial properties, alongside efforts to ensure historic preservation where possible and enhance our natural resources and the environment.
Strand Hospitality Services, our hospitality management business for 50-plus years, provides the highest quality customer service to its hotel owners and hotel guests at more than 20 high-quality properties throughout the southeastern U.S., as well as assisting and advising owners of several other hotel properties currently under development.
