Pharr A Family of Companies participated in Gaston County Schools “Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader?” competition in January where Pharr associates competed with and against 5^th graders to correctly answer trivia questions related to 5^th grade subjects. The event raised funds for the Gaston County Education Foundation’s classroom grants. These grants reward teachers who have innovative ideas that they want to implement in the classroom. Pharr donated $1,000 to support Gaston County Education!

For the competition, Pharr partnered with McAdenville Elementary to compete. The Pharr/McAdenville Elementary team was named “Pharr Wars” and sported a Star Wars style shirt complete with light sabers.
